Driving measurable value at London AI Summit.

When HPE set out to attend London AI Summit, they had a clear vision. This wasn’t just about presence, the event needed to deliver serious commercial impact, with an overarching goal of driving new opportunities into their pipeline, creating a standout customer experience and building lasting brand momentum.

To achieve that, they needed more than a well-built stand. They needed a partner who could help shape the entire experience from creative strategy and visitor flow to sales enablement and post-show ROI analysis.

Consultancy-led from the start

We partnered with HPE from the earliest stages, auditing past event performance and rethinking their approach for 2025. What emerged was a strategy built on three core pillars: Content, Physical and Sensory. The space needed to capture attention, tell a story and drive meaningful engagement while supporting clear audience segmentation and measurable business outcomes.

A core part of this process was defining the visitor journey; mapping a seamless flow through four distinct activations, with entry and transition points optimised for data capture, dwell time and a natural handover to the HPE sales team.

Just as crucial was preparing the team itself. Tecna led pre-show consultancy sessions, developing a detailed Performance Playbook and delivering in-person sales team training. This ensured the entire HPE presence was aligned, purposeful and ready to deliver a smooth, high-impact customer experience.

Experience, delivered

The final pavilion opened with an AI-inspired tunnel designed to spark curiosity. Beyond that, visitors encountered a series of interactive, tech-driven spaces; from a Gen AI avatar, to live demos and a digital scavenger hunt. Every element, from structural design to merchandise and content, was woven into one cohesive experience.

Tecna provided a fully managed solution, combining modular and bespoke elements with expert delivery, handling everything from build and logistics to live data collection, brand ambassadors and post-show reporting.

Real value and measurable outcomes

The feedback from HPE was emphatic: working with Tecna delivered significant added value over previous years, elevating both brand experience and measurable outcomes.
Beyond the aesthetics, it was the consultancy-led approach and alignment between space, messaging and team training that made the real difference. Post-event, Tecna provided HPE with an in-depth review of visitor engagement, dwell times and data patterns, insights that informed their pipeline development and content strategy moving forward.
