We partnered with HPE from the earliest stages, auditing past event performance and rethinking their approach for 2025. What emerged was a strategy built on three core pillars: Content, Physical and Sensory. The space needed to capture attention, tell a story and drive meaningful engagement while supporting clear audience segmentation and measurable business outcomes.
A core part of this process was defining the visitor journey; mapping a seamless flow through four distinct activations, with entry and transition points optimised for data capture, dwell time and a natural handover to the HPE sales team.
Just as crucial was preparing the team itself. Tecna led pre-show consultancy sessions, developing a detailed Performance Playbook and delivering in-person sales team training. This ensured the entire HPE presence was aligned, purposeful and ready to deliver a smooth, high-impact customer experience.
