This is a Delta Unifence Saw Guide Table Saw Rip Fence Assembly for the Unisaw 422-27-012-xxxx model. The fence is designed to ensure accurate and precise cuts every time. It is made of high-quality materials and is in excellent working condition. The fence is compatible with Delta brand table saws and has a blade diameter of 10 inches. It comes with a number of items in the set including the fence itself, mounting hardware. This type of table saw is perfect for home and workshop projects, and is a great addition to any DIY enthusiast’s tool collection.
It looks new, but it’s not. I personally cleaned it up and spray painted it the gray again. It does have a flaw as you can see in the pictures. It has a crack where it hugs the fence rail but it’s been welded. It’s not a very nice weld, other than that it works fine. Crack does not split open when clamp down. It’s been tested on another saw. Please look at pictures so you can see what I’m talking about.

Condition is good overall, just note that the fence option has some cuts to it as shown in the 1st photo. 323 w6 W 11.2# 45 F. Here is a used working DELTA Rockwell TABLE SAW FENCE. No micro adjustment knob, damaged rear clamp. For repair or parts. I have seen these on uni-saws and contractor models. Has paint on it a shown. It fits models with 27″ deep tables and uses bars that are 1 3/8″. Enlarge the photos for inspection and general idea of what you are getting.
