See photos for details. There are “sacrificial” wood pieces on both sides of the rip fences as shown. I’ve not taken them off because I find them very helpful and useful, so I don’t know if there is any blade rash or blemishes underneath. So if you prefer to use without the sacrificial board, please checkout one of my other aluminum fence listings so you can see exactly what you are going to get as those do not have boards on them.
