For consideration i have this Craftsman Table Saw Geared Front Toothed Fence Rail as shown. Geared teeth are free of Chips/Cracks. Measures: 21 3/8 long. End mounting holes are 5 3/4″ apart and center ones are 5″ apart. It is marked as: 103-1-5514 T -3215.
