It was brand new in Sealed Box however the box had moisture damage from sitting in a warehouse. Despite this issue this delta Fence is still in nearly brand new condition after cleaning. The only area showing any signs of wear are on the underside as shown in photos. There may me light scuffs or scratches. No original box included. Comes with everything shown in photos. The box came with a bag of miscellaneous parts which should be more than you need for the unifence.
